Jim Thompson - Owner

Jim has been involved in the baseball and softball landscape as an coach, umpire and tournament director for TBT Sports  for over 15 years in Iowa so he has a unique perspective of what it takes to have a top notch ballfield as he has seen plenty!  Jim lives in Vinton with his family - wife Lisa, son Jared who also works for the company and who played college baseball, son Keegan who runs track at Mount Mercy and daughter Faith who is a senior in high school.  When not on the diamonds, Jim enjoys cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones where he played football in the 90's, fishing the Mississippi at his cabin in Wisconsin and watching his children in their activities.
